- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl:
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon water
Icing (optional):
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup or powdered sweetener
Instructions
- Main Cake: In a small bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add Greek yogurt, applesauce, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth batter forms. Pour into a microwave-safe mug.
- Cinnamon Swirl: In a separate bowl, mix the swirl ingredients, drizzle over the batter, and swirl gently.
- Microwave on high for 45–60 seconds until cooked.
