Dough:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Coat and bake: In a small bowl, stir together the cinnamon and sugar for coating. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
