For the Cookies:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolates: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, and butter until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare the batter: Whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until frothy. Mix in the cooled chocolate mixture. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and bake for 9–11 minutes. Cool on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
