Pizza Dough:

  • 1 pound pizza dough

Filling:

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 4 ounces sliced deli ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Additional:

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Flour for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the dough: Lightly flour a surface and roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 10×14 inches.
  3. Layer the ingredients: Spread Dijon mustard on the dough, add chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll the stromboli: Roll the dough into a log, tucking in the sides. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
