Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Roast Potatoes: Spread the potatoes cut side down on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.
- Add Cheese: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the hot potatoes. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
