Vegetable Mix-ins:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
