Mashed Potato Puffs:

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, eggs, Parmesan, green onions, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
