Description

  • 1 bag (28 oz) frozen French fries

Cheese Blend:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Toppings:

  • 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Others:

  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Bake fries: Spread frozen fries in an even layer on the baking sheet and bake according to package directions until crispy, turning halfway through.
  3. Season: Lightly season the cooked fries with salt and pepper.
  4. Add cheese: Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the hot fries. Return to oven for 3–4 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
