Fries:
- 1 bag (28 oz) frozen French fries
Cheese Blend:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Toppings:
- 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake fries: Spread frozen fries in an even layer on the baking sheet and bake according to package directions until crispy, turning halfway through.
- Season: Lightly season the cooked fries with salt and pepper.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the hot fries. Return to oven for 3–4 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Top and serve: Remove from oven and top with crumbled bacon, sour cream, and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicy twist, drizzle with hot sauce or sprinkle with jalapeño slices before serving.
- You can also make this recipe with sweet potato fries for a different flavor.
