  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

For Topping:

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix Meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, ¼ cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Press mixture into the prepared dish.
