  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • Chopped fresh cilantro and lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken until browned.
