- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Cook the beef filling: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Add garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until combined.
- Assemble the quesadillas: Sprinkle cheese on one side of a tortilla, top with beef mixture, fold in half. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Cook the quesadillas: Heat a skillet, cook each quesadilla until golden and cheese is melted.
