Butter Cookies:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix butter, sugar, and salt: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar, and salt until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Add flour: Gradually add the flour, mixing on low speed until a soft dough forms.
