Chicken Mixture:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Cheese Topping:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Optional: crumbled blue cheese and chopped parsley for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until creamy.
- Add cheese: Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Spread the mixture in the baking dish, top with remaining cheeses, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
- Finish: Remove from the oven, top with green onions, blue cheese, and parsley. Serve hot.
