Instructions
- Toss Beef with Cornstarch: In a large bowl, coat the sliced beef with cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

- Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Glaze Beef: Return beef to the pan, coat in the glaze, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving hot.
