- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- 8 oz cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toast breadcrumbs or crushed butter crackers for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Make the Brown Butter Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until golden brown and fragrant. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in wine, cook for 1-2 minutes, then add cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
