Description

These Big Mac Wraps are a fun twist on the classic fast-food favorite, with all the flavors of a Big Mac in a convenient wrap form. Made with seasoned ground beef, a special sauce, and classic toppings, these wraps are easy to make and perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients for Wraps:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (see below)
  • cooking spray or olive oil for searing

Ingredients for Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all Big Mac sauce ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Warm tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce in the center of each tortilla. Layer with cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced onion, and pickle slices.
  4. Roll Up the Wraps: Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll up tightly like a burrito.
  5. Optional Searing: Lightly spray a skillet or grill pan with cooking spray or oil and sear each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve: Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • You can make the wraps ahead and reheat in a skillet or air fryer.
  • For a lighter version, use lean ground turkey and low-fat mayo in the sauce.
  • Add tomatoes or swap in a low-carb wrap if preferred.
