- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of paprika
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef seasoned with salt and black pepper until browned and fully cooked, about 7 to 8 minutes. Drain excess grease and set the beef aside.
- Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until smooth and adjust seasonings to taste.
- Warm the Tortillas: Slightly warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave to make them flexible and easy to roll.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread a generous spoonful of Big Mac sauce evenly over each warm tortilla. Layer with shredded lettuce, cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, diced onions, and chopped pickles.
