Description

Big Mac Wraps bring the classic flavors of a Big Mac burger into a convenient, handheld wrap. Featuring seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced onions, chopped pickles, and a signature tangy Big Mac sauce, these wraps are perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Scale

Beef and Wraps

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef seasoned with salt and black pepper until browned and fully cooked, about 7 to 8 minutes. Drain excess grease and set the beef aside.
  2. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix until smooth and adjust seasonings to taste.
  3. Warm the Tortillas: Slightly warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave to make them flexible and easy to roll.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Spread a generous spoonful of Big Mac sauce evenly over each warm tortilla. Layer with shredded lettuce, cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, diced onions, and chopped pickles.
  5. Roll and Serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly into a wrap. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately. For extra crunch, sear the wrap seam-side down in a hot skillet for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can prepare the sauce and cook the beef in advance for quick assembly later.
  • Feel free to add sliced tomatoes or extra pickles for enhanced flavor.
  • To make this recipe low-carb, substitute the flour tortillas with large lettuce leaves instead.
