Lobster Tails:

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 450°F and position the rack in the center.
- Prepare Lobster Tails: Cut the lobster tails down the top lengthwise and lift the meat on top of the shell. Place on a baking sheet.
