Berry Puree:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup water
Lemonade Base:
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice
- Fresh mint and lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Berry Puree: In a blender, combine the mixed berries and 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, pressing with a spoon to extract all the juice.
- Lemonade Base: In a large pitcher, whisk together the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the berry puree and remaining cold water. Add ice and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint and lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- You can use any combination of berries you like.
- For a sparkling version, replace some of the water with sparkling water just before serving.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
