Chicken Thighs:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry and place them on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub to coat evenly.
