For the Chicken:
- 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 teaspoons sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

- Skewers (wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes if grilling)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Skewer the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the Skewers: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Coat the Chicken: Brush grilled skewers with the bang bang sauce or drizzle over the top.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to control the heat level according to preference.
- Skewers can also be baked in a 400°F oven for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
