Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the sour cream, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla until smooth.
