Filling:
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Butter Mixture:

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Au Jus:
- 1 packet (1 ounce) au jus gravy mix
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Biscuits: Split each biscuit in half horizontally and flatten slightly. Spread mayonnaise on cut sides. Layer provolone, roast beef, and more provolone on bottom halves. Top with remaining biscuit halves and seal edges. Arrange on baking sheet.

- Prepare Au Jus: Whisk gravy mix with water in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
